Dion asked: Are there big differences between an architecht and a real estate developer? Most people know Donald Trump is a famous wealthy real estate developer, but some still call him an architecht who just slaps his name on fancy tall buildings. As for this never-ending issue of people claiming Trump’s hair is fake, is there anything The Donald can do to prove his hair is real? He said it’s all real, and that he’s been combing it the same way for years, and that the only way he’d ever switch to a wig would be if all his hair falls out one day.

Thomas V asked: Somehow online I downloaded a free ebook on real estate. I didn’t look at it but I must have gave my phone number because someone left a message saying he can get me started with real estate foreclosures making an average of $15,000 on each home. I don’t have any money to invest.Should I look into this opportunity even though I have no money or must I have money for real estate?

Naomi B asked: I will be receiving a divorce settlement and I have found a home that I can purchase for cash. I don’t know the process of buying a home without a mortgage and I do not know a real estate agent in Florida to help. I don’t want to trust the bank since it’s a short sale. Any info would be awesome!

RV asked: I just graduated from college in May. I’m studying to get my real estate license, yet becoming a medical sales rep is grabbing my attention. Would going back to school to receive a biological technology certificate while also working as a real estate agent seem like a good plan? I want to know if being a real estate agent is a good way to receive selling experience which would qualify me to become a medical sales rep.

deedee asked: I am going to graduate high school at the end of this school year and have decided to become a real estate salesperson in Texas but I don’t understand how to find a broker after obtaining my license. So after I finally get it what would I do? I am also going to school to get my teaching degree so until I find the broker I will either still be in school or have a job as an elementary school teacher; so if you are able to explain it to me please. Thank you! Bye!

worriesinabundle asked: I’m well aware that real estate agents are normally considered to be lying, cunning and selfish people but my aunt is not one of them. She has recently sold a house but she forgot to follow her company’s guidelines and register the customer to say that she is the one who has shown the customer around. When my aunt worked hard and sold the house–the listing agent said that the customer registered with HER first, not my aunt so she should get the commission.
PLease, please, please could you help? If these ‘free-riders’ take sovereignty then what more will become of the world than a filthy place to live in!

Jay-!!<> asked: If you have a written contract for a property/ real estate and the buyer(supposed buyer) breaks it by not paying, can I enforce that contract? And get the property back since he didnt pay for it? The written contract was done in the County Office in front of a notary and lawyer(buyer’s lawyer). Also i have found out that if a party(buyer) fails, without legal excuse to perfrom any part of a contract that it is called a breach of contract and can be voided is that true? the suppose buyer and his lawyer was the one who wrote up the contract and they are the ones who broke it. Can i reclaim back the property/real estate that he buyer well supppose buyer didnt pay for? He has the deed and wont return it, what can i do? That wont be right for someone to keep something that didnt pay for. Also I live in the state of NY what is the statue of limitations for this? I looked on this website and it said 6years is that true? Help Please.

Erusaro asked: Kelly needs to earn 10% on the loans she issues. George wants a $200,000 30 year FRM loan and with his current income he can only afford to pay $1,467.53 a month (the payment on an 8% loan). Kelly also knows George is planning on moving in 6 years. How many points does Kelly need to charge George to achieve a 10% yield?
