Jayce’s mommy asked: Currently I am a mortgage loan underwriter for a huge financial institution. I want to maybe become a real estate agent. My aunt is making killer money. Now is there any way not to take the class and take the test since I already know a lot of real estate? Or what exactly is the whole process to make this career change?

sheepeshlysheepy asked: What training do you need to be a real estate agent? What training do you need to become one, and how would you go about becoming one?
If you’re a real estate agent/broker, how is the income?
Would it be a good idea to be a real estate agent while in college?
Thanks in advance!

YOyo asked: I want to take my classes for a real estate license well im still in community college, but have another year before I get my bachelor’s degree. So I would have taken classes in Fall 2009 and spring 2010 but would not want to get my license or take the exam until the summer of 2011. Does anyone know of a time constraint that the DRE has?

David Z asked: Is there a range of commissions or fees most commercial real estate brokers use? For example residential real estate varies but is between 5-7% depending upon the area of the country.
Could someone provide a rough outline of commercial real estate broker pricing?
