mz.baby blue woah!!! asked: .So im a senior in high school in Louisiana. I was wondering what courses exactly must I take in college to be successful in real estate. I want to major in business and marketing only to have something to fall back on if the market doesn’t pick up. Do i need to take financing or is business/marketing okay? I know i need to take real estate classes and everything but i need to know what college courses would help me more - business/ marketing or business/financing.?
