Finally, I completed my high school years with enough credits, walked with my class, etc. but did not receive my diploma because I did not pass a portion of my TAAS test. I will take care of it soon. Can I still be a realtor without my diploma or will they need to see it before getting my license or does it not matter?

Hi, I am trying to get a list together of major, well-known companies that have in-house real estate departments that manage their own locations, negotiate deals, and do their own site-selection. One company that comes to mind is REI. I am seeking a career in real estate not as a generic broker or property manager but within a larger ‘non-real estate’ company. Thanks!
