Are home prices still going down in the Twin Cities - (Minnesota)?
I am want to sell my home soon, but I wonder if the prices are going up or down right now. A real estate agent says they are still going down but I think he might just want me to sell to make more money. I want to get it in top condition before selling, but he says that is mostly a waste of money.
