As a real estate buyer searching foreclosures on the Internet, what tools would help you on a website?
Alex K asked:
I’m a real estate agent in Sarasota, Florida setting up a new website geared towards distressed properties. What tools would you like to see on a website that would help you learn more or do more with foreclosures?

har.com is the best site I’ve seen for searching properties. I wish all cities had something like this.
If you made a foreclosure version of this site, that would be great. codysdoor

I would go with a service like ForeclosuresDaily.
They can give you the most current list of foreclosures in your area or just about any area in FL. Brad Officer - Asheville Realtor

Go to county assessors office to see recent sales of properties to see values, and go to real estate class on forecloses…will be on your state dept. of real estate website under education and should cost about $35 to $50.
