Spending time with people helping solve their problems watching people ignore my advice I have a ton of stories. I have had two closings fall thru after everyone signed at the closing table! But I think the worst is when people think they know better than me and then get mad that someone didn't honor what they said. Yes- that happens a lot. It seems to often come back a bite them. Buyers and sellers that are that way seem to be suckers for cone men them selves- the con men make the buyer/seller think they are taking advantage of someone then- whoops they get taken themselves instead. Agents that are that way also often end up going broke or jail. At least that is what I have seen. Have your head on straight. Get a few great mentors.
