Can I obtain a real estate license and park it in Ohio or more specifically, in the Cincinnati area?
Donald C asked:
I am considering obtaining a real estate license. I do not absolutely need it where I currently work in property management, although it would be helpful and I believe it would open up additional career opportunities in the future. Back to now, though, I don’t need to be full or part-time real estate sales agent, so I would be interested in finding a broker to park my license with and perhaps doing referrals, in order to keep my license active. Are there brokers serving as real estate license holding companies in the Cincinnati, Ohio area?

call them. And rarely are there “referral” fees paid. There are commissions or there is nothing.
But if you don’t mind paying a $25 a mo DESK fee, I am sure one of the small independent
RE agencies will hold your license. kemperk
