Study your book. If you didnt take a class, take one. The tests are usually based on the class book and lecture and notes. hirebookkeeper

I would advise you to start by using a real estate dictionary, to clarify all your doubts about specific terms in real estate. I found recently a good dictionary, free and online, on. They have about 50.000 terms listed, so I guess you could find what you need. And you could try going to a real estate office one day to see how things work in real practice. It could help you learn about specific things that you won’t find in any book. linioara_criss
