Finish my associates degree or take real estate classes?

I understand that the market is slow but not around here. the houses are moving like hotcakes. With 3 children at a young age in the country, I have to find something to do! They are torn between the 16 classes of property of the week and finish my degree (another year or so). I should try and Takla both? or is that too?
