How do I get my real estate business off the ground?

I signed up with my company about 3 weeks ago and I just realized that you really don 't on the form something like the original they said. I want to get customers on my own because they don 't the form or help with something. Basically they gave me some business cards that were printed and forwarded it on my way. How can I develop my business? What are some creative techniques to get the cables?
