How do I get my real estate license in North Carolina?

I need to know the steps to getting my license. What classes do I take, how long do the classes take that you need to get licensed, what are the major fees? Basicaly I just need to know all the steps to being a licensed real estate agent. Thanks.

    You take classes at a license school hem pass the test. Go interview a broker to get more answers. knowitall

    First you have to take a course generally 60 hours. They can be found online like real estate express. Then you have you to take your real estate exam which is going to be around $120-150. Then you should go around and interview at different agencies. The key factors are going to be fees and commission splits. Then they’ll require you to become a licensed Realtor. In total you’re looking at spending anywhere from $2,000-$5,000 a year just in fees and dues. Briddick
