The picture is there. Reports are checked. Police and etc. If the license is fake, they will know. The credit is checked. All kinds of information there. The salary is verified. They know where the person works. If a fake place is given, they will know. Their address is checked out. And I am sure some protection is carried in a purse, ready to grab. I was browsing in the computer and found places where a person's telephone number and etc. can be checked for a fee.
