That doesn't make sense. But, it looks like you are trying to designate a portion of a "section." A "section" of land is a square, one mile on each side. So, it's one square mile, or 640 acres. If you divide that into equal quarters, then each quarter is 160 acres. Those are designated as the NW,NE,SW, and SE quarters. Then, you can divide each of those quarters into quarters, and those will be 40 acres apiece. And so on. So, let's say your description is, the N half of the SW quarter of section A. That would be 80 acres. Get it? If not, get a checkerboard. Pretend the checkerboard is a "section." Then, each square will be 10 acres. The lower left square can be described as the SW quarter of the SW quarter of the SW quarter of the checkerboard. Get it?
