if it is not, you have to find one [school] that you like that is.

b;  after you find that you have successfully an authorized school's tests, and gotten
a diploma from them, you are authorized to sign up to take the state salesperson's test.

c; i hope you have decided at this time whether you want to work as a buyer's agent or
seller's agent, and that you are smart never TO BE A dual agent, even though it is
legal to be one.

i hope you have found either a franchise or independent to hang your license with.
[they both also offer desk fees for 100% agents, or split fees with no desk charges.

if you go with an independent agency, it is likely, if you chose to go buyer's agency
only, the broker will not require you to join the absurd NAR.
