How much of real estate sale is “sales” and how much is based on properties?

I am interested fà ¼ r a career in the real estate, but I am not importunate the type conversion (I have to buy Abhöraktionen humans into the passenger car sales figures and hated, if it not what they needed or wanted). How does much of Immobilienverkäufen become on the basis of their aggressive Sales Skills and how much is on Sach-und to understand, what the customer wants, which needs?
