how old do you have to be to take the florida real estate course?
i’m 16 and i’m planning on getting my new york real estate license in a few years i guess i was wondering if there was anything that im old enough to do now? and if so would it apply if i moved to new york? i heard somewhere that you could take the course when your 16 but you have to be 18 to take the test is this true?
