How should I evaluate lake house real estate?
In terms of inspections, what are some unique things that I should evaluate that are different from regular home inspections? What about the water that it sits on? Are there any specifics that I should be looking for to help me evaluate whether or not the purchase is good or bad? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
