How to I start a real estate partnership?

I don’t recommend partnerships at all. Partnerships often times lead to broken friendships and a lot of heart ache cuz eventually someone will feel like one of the “partners” isn’t carrying his weight.
I know that isn’t what you’re looking for or asking, but I am seriously asking you to reconsider that. I personally would not do it. Chris G
