I am considering enrolling in North Texas Real Estate School. The program offers classes?

You are asking several questions.
1. how easy is it to find a job as a realtor. VERY EASY. But it’s hard work to earn money. It’s a full time job.
2. in order to sell real estate, you need a license in the state you are doing business. If you plan to sell in TX, you need a TX license. If you plan to also sell in MO, then you need a MO license - ALSO.
I would look up the real estate commission for each state and see what their requirements are. real estate guy
