It is an up and coming neighborhood, much like a lot of the area in North Portland. Lower housing prices have attracted a lot of younger people who want to own a home in Portland but can’t afford houses in some of the pricier, more established “nice” parts of town.
This leads to a neighborhood revival which is going on in this area II
