I went to school for RE - never went into it as a profession- just something to fall back on- I was assistant to RE agents and worked in property management.
I find that if you are pushy- its a problem a house is something you have to live in and with and if RE agents are pushing you to buy something - its not good and they will look else where for an agent.
The best agents are someone who stands back and lets you decide. and answers any questions you may have about the property and contracts- you really want to love where you live and not be pushed into something because they just want the commission. crzblu3y3z
