Is it better to have your real estate license in Texas or Chicago?

I am from Chicago. Living in San Antonio. Its only takes a week to get your license in Chicago. Maybe 45 hrs. Texas is 210 hrs. So I was wondering where it’s better. Where is there more money to make?
