If you are good with taking, editing, and uploading your own pictures it is great. With your Brokers permission once you put up a Point2 site It will put other Agnt's listings on your site. It is not affiliated with the MLS but the homes you upload are required to be on the MLS.
I actually got a customer, the first day I put my site up, that ended up buying a home.
