Depends. If you want to sell, you only need to go to like 120 hrs of real estate agency school (or whatever it’s called i’m not sure) and pass an exam and you’re an agent. If you want to invest, maybe find an agent to help you. toad4music

depends on the state you are in. Any RE courese are good for knowlege. And a college degree can help in getting a brokers licence quicker. tommy

Some real estate offices offer training. Like Watson Realty.
In the newspaper classified section under employment and schools there is ocassionally ads for day/ night classes and a location.
You can get some materials fromebay if they are being offered, or you can try an search online for online courses.
You will have to take a state exam to be certified in the state in which you live. Best thing to do is contact a real estate office you’d like for and ask them some questions. wickedkitten

You need to figure out what kind of RE you want to deal with.
Every state has licensing courses based on what it is you are trying to do.
Do not neglet taking marketing and sales courses since whatever area you focus on - chances are there will be buyers and sellers amelia_island_david
