Is it a job that is based on complete commision or do you get hourly/salary pay as well? If so how much? If you are a real estate agent tell me about your job and where your from. I’ve completed the neccessary courses to be an apprentice, but cannot find any Certified Appraisers that will take me on as an apprentice. I need to get my hours in order to qualify for a Real estate Appraisal License. The state agency in charge of the field wont even provide info as to who is qualified to mentor! I feel stuck and helpless…anyone know how to overcome this hurdle? or any tips as to where to find assistance? i’m in New Jersey and i hear this is a tough state to get into the Appraisal business. Help!!

My wife and I are expecting to move back to our home State of Ohio in the next couple of months. She can easily land a job as a Physical Therapist Assistant, but my military career doesn’t seem very conducive to civilian H.R., or Admin Officer- type jobs since I don’t have those SPHR, PHR designations.

I have been considering a total flip from admin-related jobs to a real estate career in Cuyahoga, Portage and Summit Counties.

Anyone have any first hand knowledge of the real estate career, as well as market trends in these areas?

I' m het denken aan het majoring in onroerende goederen en had een paar vragen voor deze baan. Wat zijn majoors die moeten om een onroerende goederenagent worden? Zijn er om het even welke universiteiten die zich in die majoor specialiseren? Hoe ongeveer de vereiste graden? Hoeveel jaren van onderwijs het zal vergen?
Ik leef ook specifiek in Californië om te zijn.
