Alex G asked: I was wondering if some one could help my find a good deal on a home. Im looking into the portland real estate market. Maybe Vancouver, but finding a portland home would be much better. I know the Portland real estate market is actually on the better markets right now. I know of rmls and googled some sites. If there any site in Portland that might have foreclosures or short sales. Any ideas.
PS Dont give me the usual stuff, I need something different. Anyways is would be nice to find a portland home at 70-80 cents on the dollar.
