worriesinabundle asked: I’m well aware that real estate agents are normally considered to be lying, cunning and selfish people but my aunt is not one of them. She has recently sold a house but she forgot to follow her company’s guidelines and register the customer to say that she is the one who has shown the customer around. When my aunt worked hard and sold the house–the listing agent said that the customer registered with HER first, not my aunt so she should get the commission.
PLease, please, please could you help? If these ‘free-riders’ take sovereignty then what more will become of the world than a filthy place to live in!

Daniel T asked: I am considering a bachelors in Real Estate Business, and the only thing that scares me about being an agent is the fact that salary is commission based, and how do agents live when nothing is selling? I know houses are still being bought and sold, but still. ?

Mom of Two asked: My real estate agent works with the construction company that built our home. We are doing a rent to own deal. We have learned that our real estate agent is very undependable. She hardly answers her phone and if we leave a message she doesn’t respond back. Is there a way we could change realtors?

canberra.kitten asked: For example, if a person listed three previous addresses with one Real Estate Agency, and the Real Estate Agency calls the previous listed Real Estate Agencies, (to check if they were a good tenant etc) can they also cross reference the listed addresses on the application? Is there like a national database or something where Real Estate Agents can see your rental living history? (Sorry if this question doesn’t make much sense).
