I just graduated from college in May. I’m studying to get my real estate license, yet becoming a medical sales rep is grabbing my attention. Would going back to school to receive a biological technology certificate while also working as a real estate agent seem like a good plan? I want to know if being a real estate agent is a good way to receive selling experience which would qualify me to become a medical sales rep.

I do not absolutely need it where I currently work in property management, although it would be helpful and I believe it would open up additional career opportunities in the future. Back to now, though, I don’t need to be full or part-time real estate sales agent, so I would be interested in finding a broker to park my license with and perhaps doing referrals, in order to keep my license active. I signed up with my company about 3 weeks ago and I just realized that you really don 't on the form something like the original they said. I want to get customers on my own because they don 't the form or help with something. Basically they gave me some business cards that were printed and forwarded it on my way. How can I develop my business? What are some creative techniques to get the cables?
