The only thing you need to do is enroll in the Realtor class and pass the test and you'll be rewarded a license. Being a realtor you can literally control your own destiny. There are realtors out there making $30,000 a year and there a some making millions. It all depends on how bad you want it. How much you know. How much sales skills you have and so forth. I would suggest you read some books at Barnes and Nobles about Realtors. There are many different job functions they do. And at that point you can always take the class and get the license. You have to treat it as a full time job and really work it to make a good living. You will have to take a real estate course and then take the state exam to get a real estate license.
