What is the best real estate company to work for in California?
dreamer asked:
I am a licensed real estate agent. The small office I previously worked for has closed down and I need to put my license with a new office. I am thinking of going with a larger company this time that has a good reputation. I am looking for an office with no desk fees, a good commission split, ongoing education, and good resources. I am basically thinking of Century 21, Prudential, Keller Williams, and other big ones of that sort. What have been your experiences as an agent with these companies?

Obviously you have lots of contacts, you should know who the better agencies are in your market. There is no one size fits all answer. Janet P
