What is the best way to study and pass the Florida Real Estate State Exam?

I have heard many stories of people failing the state exam up to 8 times before they pass the test. Is there (besides what they give you in class) other GREAT ways to study. (i.e. great practice tests)

I took the exam in Michigan and passed it the first time. Over 70% of people fail it the first time. I went to the book store and got a book that is put out by the group that gives the test. It was failed with practice stuff and practice tests. It was in the real estate section at borders. I know I did not take the test in Florida, but I can’t imagine that it would be too much different there. jlentz0530
